Residential project on Speaspray Island, Port Coogee.

The brief called for a new family home to accommodate three soon to be adult children and provide ample space for the family to continue happily living under one roof for years to come. Located in a harsh coastal environment, the design focused on incorporating robust materials, providing protection from the extreme conditions whilst embracing views across the canal to the Indian Ocean. The design features a material palette of rammed limestone, rendered masonry and timber paneled cladding.
